Baby Connor | Newborn

I don't know how I've been so lucky to work with all these sweet newborns! I did this session for Baby Lane and then the door opened for more opportunities. For all of this, I'm so grateful. Baby sessions help me balance the craziness of weddings, and I've really enjoyed the quiet calm and warmth that goes along with each of these newborns. This little guy was no exception. Connor wasn't so sure what we were doing with him, but he put up with me and my camera and allowed me to capture some really sweet moments. Moments that will go by in a flash.

Couldn't resist posting just this one for now. So, so sweet.

Baby Brenna | Newborn

These images make me so happy. Little girl cuteness, a loving family and lots of great details make this one of my favorite shoots to date. And one of the best parts is that I was connected to Kim and her husband, Dan, through Ashley, one of my 2012 brides. Love that! I met baby Brenna at her house to take pictures on her turf. That's the way I like to do it. I'm a completely on-location photographer, which allows me to capture each subject in their comfortable environment. Enjoy this little one ...

Brenna was not a fan of having pictures taken of her feet. I can understand that because I was the same way growing up!

That one above is my absolute favorite. She's beautiful.
