Rachel & Pat | Gervasi Vineyard Wedding

In case you forget Rachel and Pat's story, let me recap it for you: They both traveled (separately) to the Kentucky Derby from Cleveland and met for the first time while surrounded by hats, bow ties, and lots of horses. Crazy, right? It's kinda unbelievable that they had mutual friends, had never met before and say they "probably never would have met otherwise."

I've admittedly only known these two together, but I can't imagine either with anyone else. They're both so selfless, generous and extremely thoughtful. They both constantly have smiles on their faces and are so sweet with each other and everyone around them. And I don't think it's coincidence that their families are equally as great. I loved photographing this summer vineyard wedding. Rachel and Pat, you guys are the best. For real.

Janel & Greg | Downtown Cleveland Sunset Engagement

Boy meets girl at college. Girl moves to Cleveland to be with boy post-college. Boy proposes to girl when she's least expecting it. Girl and boy plan an amazing destination wedding but do a little Cleveland engagement session because they like their city. ;) Meet Janel and Greg!

I think Anna Kendrick has a twin, and her name is Janel!

This amazing sun had me all giddy. We got the most perfect day for a session!

Greg wasn't so sure about this whole engagement photo thing, but by the end I think maaaaybe he was having a good time. These two rocked these photos!

Luci & Joseph | Cuyahoga Falls Ohio Wedding

Luci is really bubbly and laughs easily. Joseph is more reserved. They're opposites in some ways but similar in others: both are so driven, intelligent, kind-hearted and faithful. Luci and Joseph's wedding day was just so sweet from start to finish.

Some of my favorites memories include:

• Luci's bridesmaids' excitement when they saw her in her dress.
• The Tie Incident. Let's just say I got a lot of photos of Joseph attempting to tie his tie. To his credit, the tie material was a little tricky to work with.
• Their memorable first look. Luci made Joseph sweat it out a bit longer when she showed up in a giraffe mask. Hilarious!
• The wedding party. Shout out to this awesome group. They were all so great!
• The rain-free portrait time!!! The clouds opened up just as soon as we were back inside.
• Joseph's excited face. ;)

Annie & Drew | East 4th Cleveland Engagement

Between knowing some of the same people, going to the same college and sharing TV guilty pleasures, I've decided that Annie and Drew are my new best friends. Whether they've decided the same thing is beside the point. Ha!

Drew is quick to make Annie laugh, which is my favorite thing ever. They're super down-to-earth and even have a choreographed dance routine that they debuted for my camera. Annie and Drew are gracious, classy and so much fun. To say I'm excited for their wedding next year is a gigantic understatement.
