Sarah & Anthony | Weymouth Country Club Wedding

I had the honor of documenting Sarah and Anthony's beautiful, gilded wedding just a few weeks ago. My favorite things about their wedding:

• Anthony's excitement and nervousness to see his bride.
• Sarah and Anthony's pinky promise to each other during their wedding vows. So cute!
• The beautiful sunset just outside their sparkly gold reception hall. I adore sunsets on wedding days.
• The adorable interactions between Sarah and Anthony at the reception. I was grinning from ear to ear while going through their photos!

These two have something super special. Anthony looks at Sarah like she is the very best thing to ever happen to him, and Sarah is all smiles when her husband is around. You guys, keep that up throughout your marriage. I'm so honored to have photographed the first day of your journey together!

That one up there on the right is a favorite! The gold on the stairs perfectly tied into Sarah's theme.

Sarah & Steve | Vintage Medina Ohio Wedding

Sarah and Steve were friends in high school, although Sarah might not throw around the term "friend." All of sophomore year they rode the bus to and from school together, and Steve would flirt with Sarah. She complained to her family about the "annoying kid on the bus," but it must not have been TOO bad.

"I saw Sarah the first day [of riding the bus] and ever since have been hooked!" Steve said. "I flirted with her every day I saw her and made sure to get under her skin. Eventually she came around and started to see my cuteness."

A few years later, once college had started, they reconnected and started spending every free minute together. After five years of dating, Steve proposed ... on Valentine's Day nonetheless.

"Steve brings out the best in me," Sarah said. "He makes me laugh, and I can be completely comfortable around him. He is so supportive and, above all, patient. I couldn't imagine living without Steve."

Sarah and Steve, thank you for being an example of what marriage should like. You two are unbelievable sweet, and I wish you nothing but the best as you start this new journey. :)

Both Sarah and Steve have the coolest families. Here, Sarah's dad is showing off his tux. Love it! :)

Sarah & Steve | Medina Ohio Wedding Sneak Peek

Not only did Sarah and Steve win my 2013 giveaway, they also nabbed my last wedding slot of the year! It felt so good to successfully shoot their beautiful wedding, not only because it was my last for awhile, but also because they got one of Cleveland's prettiest fall days yet! Win-win.
