Hollynn & Allen | Schoepfle Gardens Engagement

Hollynn will always stand out in my mind for being one of the sweetest, most complimentary brides at a consultation ever! Allen wasn't able to meet with us that first time, so it was just us girls + Hollynn's best friend (Hi Danni!). We had a fun time talking about anything and everything, and I just knew I would like Allen because of how great Hollynn was.

I finally met this couple together on possibly the most gorgeous September day of them all. We wandered around Schoepfle Gardens, snapped photos here and there … oh, and over there too! Allen was reserved but just as sweet as Hollynn and I knew, I just knew, that their Hocking Hills wedding was going to be one for the books. Here's to October 2015! :)

Lauren & Matt | Windows on the River Cleveland Wedding

One of my favorite things about Lauren and Matt--aside from the fact that they're high school sweethearts!--is how genuine they are. These two are class acts and so are their friends and family. I feel like I say this about all my clients … but that's because I have the best clients! Lauren and Matt  had perma-smiles the whole day and were just such a joy to be around.

Lauren and Matt, thank you for your fantastic attitudes and willingness to have fun and laugh in front of my camera. Your wedding is one of my most memorable of 2014, and I'm so grateful to have been your photographer. Lots of love and happiness to you two.

After photographing portraits downtown and in the Flats, we headed to Windows on the River for the reception. This was my first time shooting there and it didn't disappoint!

Alex & Travis | Ohio State University Engagement

Can you believe I had never been to Ohio State before Alex and Travis' engagement session? They gave me a tour while we took some pretty photos, and I must say, these two OSU grads are experts on their alma mater. :) The campus is SO pretty, and you could just see the passion oozing out of Alex and Travis as they talked about their school. The college experience does something to you, and when you meet your future spouse in that very place I think the bond is extra special!

Enjoy a few (OK, a lot more than a few) of my favorites from Alex and Travis' engagement session. This was such a fun one!

There's so much love and respect between these two. It's really such an honor to work with people like Alex and Travis.

They were undergrads before the new student union was built, but it's so iconic we had to get a couple photos in and in front of it anyways!

Deanna & Scott | Cuyahoga Valley National Park Maternity

Deanna and Scott are expecting their first little one later this month. I'm so excited to meet the little guy, but I know Deanna and Scott are even more excited. :) These two have a fantastic relationship, and already I know they're going to be such great parents.

Deanna is such a sweet soul, who also happens to be a great photographer!

Scott is such a fun guy and cares for Deanna so well.
